This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms under which Canan Gift Trading accepts returns and issues refunds for purchases made through our website.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition received.
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved or printed items) are not eligible for returns.
Return Process

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive instructions on how to return the product to our warehouse.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- In case of damaged or defective items, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund.
Exceptions
Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
